Full course description
Good decision-making is common sense—but it isn't common. Most of us navigate big choices with intuition, experience, and hope, even though every important decision involves three things at once: competing objectives, uncertain outcomes, and imperfect information.
In this course, you'll learn the Decision Quality framework—a proven, structured approach to making high-quality decisions in professional and personal contexts. And you'll learn to use AI as a thinking partner at every stage.
We'll keep coming back to three questions that sit underneath every important decision: what you want, what you know, and what you can do. Across seven modules, you'll build skills to frame problems clearly, generate creative alternatives, weigh trade-offs honestly, reason about uncertainty, and commit to action with confidence—and you'll do it on a real decision of your own.
